You just launched your first start-up (congratulations !).
The idea is full-proof and now you just can't wait for people to know
about it.
But despite spending all your energy trying to promote it, your only
clients are your family.
Why? Because putting up posts on every single social media
ONE BY ONE takes time.
Time that you don't have.
I am going to teach you how to use what we call an API.
Basically you are going to order your apps to work together,
automatically.
Everytime you will post something concerning your start-up on one of
your social media accounts.
It will instantly be uploaded on your other social media accounts of
your chosing.
First of all, go to the website zapier and create and account.
Then click on the "make a zap" button (as seen below).
Then chose what app you want to be the origin of the operation.
This app will be called the "trigger", here we chose Facebook.
Link your Zapier account to your Facebook account.
You should get the following message.
Then simply chose the apps you want to link the "trigger app with".
These apps are called "action", you can chose how you want the app to
react.
Repeat the operation of connecting the accounts as much as you want..
Finally, click on "Test and continue". And "Voila"!
